I've been pondering our KPP and who will play where. We drafted some good kids in 2004/05 - Hartlett, Raso, Kennedy, Bower and Edwards. Also, we picked up some talls from other clubs in Saddington and McLaren.
Kennedy is injured and needs time, Raso is a bit ill and will also need time but Hartlett, Bower and Edwards could press early for selection and I think they might get a crack in the NAB Cup. With Saddington injured one could take the 3rd tall down back.
Possible defenders
CHB: Whitnall
FB: Thornton
3rd tall: Livingston
Other options
- Saddington (injured)
- Bower
- Edwards
- Hartlett
- McLaren
Would prefer Thornton across half-back, much depends on how Livingston holds up and if Saddington can get fit. Would like to see McLaren trialed down back at some stage.
Possible forwards
CHF - Waite
FF - Fevola
3rd tall - Fisher
Other options
- S.O'hAilpin
- Deluca
- Bryan
- Koutoufides
- Hartlett
- Kennedy (injured)
Would like to see Kouta spend more time up forward and Bryan given a go up there also. Deluca for mine is still struggling, and as good and as impressive as Setanta's rapid development is he may need some more time.
