The Age subscription

Anyone else having trouble with getting their subcription to The Age renewed? I paid up in full for Adult Social Club along with the extra $25 to get The Age delivered, waaaay back in December, and since my last year's subscription lapsed in Feb, it has yet to be renewed.

I have contacted both the Club and The Age and both have been blaming a "data issue" and saying that it'll be fixed "next week" - they said this weeks ago now.

They have had 2 months since I paid to get their shit together, but I'm not sure who's really at fault here. Just wondering if this applies to everyone else who signed up for the subscription??

One smartarse I spoke to at the Age claimed that if I had renewed through Collingwood FC, it would definitely have gone through on time.........

You should of told him if you were a Collingwood member you wouldn't need The Age subscription because your brain doesn't have the capacity to understand the articles.

Mine is fine, but these days it runs from about May to May. I had a similar problem to you a couple of years ago. The "data problem" was at St Kilda's end.

It was back before xmas, we had to renew then to keep our reserved seats.

I started a new subscription and had lots of hassles. It was all confirmed with the local newagent that our Sunday Herald Sun would stop and we would get the Age.
Then the Age started leaving us off the list.
