Also our midfield doesn't run hard enough both ways. Richmond board is just embarrassing though, could've sworn we lost by 30 points to Melbourne.

We prefer untried or tested Coaches let them stay a while and tell them how good they are, but once we realise that they won't deliver a premiership we pounce and try to delete them.
