- sign up 10 extra players

- Existing contract payments for listed players suspended included in TPP

- Extra playments to supplementary players included in cap

- Allowance for payments to supplementary players over the cap

Brownlow medal 2012 this needs to be reviewed, due process must apply. Full comission must hear this meeting at the February meeting. Jab Watson is invited to attend.

upto 10 extra players to be signed
existing contracts included in TPP and top up players included in cap but granted an increase in the cap
WADA code allows for action against club that has 2 or more players in 12 months banned but of course AFL won't take any action
Other clubs with ex EFC players will be able to upgrade rookies to replace players
