Here is a little story for you... a guy did that kind of challenge except up against a wall- just picture it you are in the "sitting" position but without the chair- completely holding yourself up. So they were having a race and this one guy lasted forever, were talking over an hour or something.

Anyway he totally ****ed his knees/legs up, needed medical help.
