Many people have been convicted on circumstantial evidence, but in this case, it just didn't add up.
Agreed. I should have been more concise and clearer.

The circumstantial evidence that was thrown around to make Phipps ‘fit’ was ridiculous. I have painstakingly gone through and watched all of Stuart Mullins’ YouTube videos, and by god the man needs a ladder. Yknow, to help with all the reaching.
This is just one part

A few red flags with the Phipps Theory-
-I kind of wonder why Hayden reported it so late in life, was he losing out on poor ole Harry's estate?
-With the offenders like Radan, they were found with large collections of exploitation material and clothing. Nothing was found in the Phipps household. Hayden didn't mention any either!
-With prolific offenders, unfortunately there are a lot of other victims. Family and friends are often targeted by the offender. With Harry there are none of those victims coming forward. Harry never positioned himself around kids
-The late report of a sighting at Wenzel's Baker has clouded the Case. Allowing theorist to suggest Harry was floating around his big bucks, being the Pound note. I will suggest the Wenzel's incident never happened.
-The Authors of the book tell us they entered the Phipps household in Glenelg. And spotted a white purse. I would imagine they never got further than the front doorstep. Never entering the Glenelg Home!.
-The assault near Castalloy, may have happened. But the offender was never positively identified, and Harry was never charged. The Authors try and pin it on Harry, a grey area I know.
-Harry simply doesn't match the sketch. And there was no positive sightings of Harry with the kids.
-Why would Harry bury bodies on his own property? If it was him, He already taken steps not to be detected, why would he chance it by leaving the bodies in a place where they could be traced back to him.

With Franks dig, they effectively debunked their own Theory!
Stop with the Dodgy books!
I still haven't read either book!

Does anyone know why Mark Marshall spoke at the Mullighan Inquiry? I have copies of his handwritten claims in regard to the AO girls. But I’m unsure why he’d have been asked to provide a statement to the inquiry. His father was the one imported here as a teenager. Mark wasn’t a ward of the state.

Ditto... can anyone answer DeepDiver's original question RE Mark Marshall?

So what happens when they don't find anything? There goes all the loudest mouth's surrounding the case..
That’s the main reason the brother doesn’t want the dig to happen. He’s not worried they’ll find something at the bottom of the sinkhole. He just knows what’ll happen when they don’t. It’s not like the siblings will ever admit to making false claims. They’ve proven exactly this when the new owners of the Macklin street property dug up the concrete there and found nothing beneath it. They just spilled out more lies and tried to make the new owners look at fault.

I had the sheer privilege of watching one of his latest Facebook videos - this time, a passionate rant about how he hasn’t been crowned the supreme authority on all things Stansbury. Apparently, people are “cutting his lunch.” Tragic.

The fact that thought would even come to his mind, in my view, speaks volumes. Andrew this is about the children, not you.

Evidence supporting their grand claims so far stands at?

  • MK-Ultra? 0
  • Satanic cult? 0
  • Beaumont? 0
  • Whistle-blowers? 0
  • the claims about Max? 0
  • Louise Bell? 0

Not even a shred of reliable circumstantial evidence, but ayee, who’s counting? Not them. Too busy rewriting history for the 50,000th time

Their claims defy scientific understanding on so many levels that I could the write more novels then the authors of the satin man

Speaking of numbers, I simply must highlight a gem from one of their pages:

"Rachel is a Psychic Medium who has conducted over 12.000 readings during 21 years of professional experience."

Roughly one reading every 1.75 years) Absolutely phenomenal. Standing ovation 👏💅💅💅😏😏

Rachel talks about caves lined with skulls ect ect. We only need a fragment? Screw it, we don't even need that, if there was a cave lined with skulls - there's a treasure trove of trace evidence there - don't worry, the forensics team surely won't miss it. She was only a small child, so common sense says it can't of been far. It would also need to be a natural formed caved system given the fact, so that significantly narrows down the search area of where it could be. No digging required, where's the cave Rachel?

Oh, but the caves got filled in. Wait no, they moved the evidence. Actually no, they can’t get near the place because it’s heavily guarded by the siblings. Oh hold on, it’s the suppression order stopping them. Heck. Nope. It must be the zombiefication claims doing it. Sorry, I can’t keep up 😅

Ruling that one out. Is there a bf thread on Stanley Hart and his cult? I’ve got plenty to add to that possibility, with receipts

Start dropping your details on Stanley. This is an interesting avenue.

I’ll do my best to explain it all, but it’s a lot, so apologies if I miss some parts.
Stanley Arthur Hart’s grandson is Mark Marshall, who is a convicted p3do. He provided numerous handwritten statements to the Mullighan inquiry detailing Stanley Harts involvement in the disappearances of children (he was never a ward of the state, so it begs to question why he was speaking to the inquiry at all). Upon a further look, Stanley didn’t have any daughters. He had 1 son, who was not Mark’s father (so how is he his grandfather). Mark Marshall’s father was imported to Australia from England in 1964, at just 16 years old. I have his import papers, but he is quite literally a ghost online thanks to not only the suppression orders, but a result of the lack of documentation filed by the institutions. The Mullighan inquiry notes that a large number of children simply disappeared. I have reason to believe that Yatina was where a number of them ended up. Mark’s father being one of them. The Yatina property (where a Mr Whippy van was found with nothing more than a mattress inside, among other vile findings on that property), was Stanley Harts. The man had only one child and his wife was so sick she couldn’t leave her bed. Yet the property was found literally filled with mattresses, toys, children’s clothing etc. The police say that Mark Marshall’s claims are a work of ‘fantasy’ due to his conviction. But his sister confirms that his statements are truthful. In the statements, he explains he was there and also a victim (3 years old) while his dad drove the AO girls to Yatina. He explains how Joanne was trying to comfort him. And to this day, every therapist that has spoken to Mark come to the same finding. He isn’t like other P3do’s. He’s very sick and nothing will excuse what he’s done, but he looks for comfort from children when he’s mentally at his lowest. They also explain that when he is struggling mentally, he retreats to a childlike state, where he actually believes he is a child again. So to me; this is a huge trauma response exactly like he’s outlined in his statements. The statements also claim that he had multiple aunties and uncles, but his dad was imported here alone, and Stanley had only one son. To me, this sounds a lot like a cult

I didn't initially approach the McIntyre’s stories with cynicism; they started out with credibility in my eyes. However, when evaluating any such story, I first assess whether it aligns with science? No, it doesn't.
Human memory is highly malleable at best, so discrepancies are to be expected. But the changes in McIntyre's 'recollections' go beyond minor discrepancies. I'm not dismissing the possibility of confabulation or false memories, but at this point, their credibility is shot

What frustrates me is the waste of money on excavations, especially when police, funded by taxpayers, have conducted investigations based on little more than a witch hunt. While I’ll give them credit for thoroughness, the funds could be better spent on other cases, like testing substances related to the AO case. I’m unsure who is funding those efforts, but I suspect it has to be them. It’s hard to justify spending on excavation when families of other victims have to take matters into their own hands just to ensure proper forensic testing

I have a feeling that the leave a light on foundation have raised the funds to run the forensic tests. But I could be wrong.
