I never understand the obsession with seating space and huge house capacity.

I'd live in one of these places for the size and it's proximity to the beach, but I'm assed if I want 5brs and big dining tables. I want an awesome master BR, probably a guest and a guest/study, then I want a gym, a pool room, and a cabana type thing, then I'm probably turning one of 4 bathrooms into a steam room.

You work hard for a $3-4m house - **** sharing it! Just once I'd love to see someone target the wealthy, selfish bachelor/professional childless early-mid 40s couple. There has to be a niche for someone who just wants to spend $4m to live in their completely over capitalised palace without it having to cater to children and big families.

yeah i called total BS on the window change, that never happens and would take ALOT of checks first and who wants a smaller window anyway plus the new window location seemed odd as well

Yeah, split system is fine, a whole fire place is beoyd pointless. It's not a lounge area, how often would you sit on the bed and think, gee this fire is great
