Thinking about getting rid of X box for a GameCube just to play the new Zelda.Speaking of which is it true that when you buy the new zelda you get Oricana of time on the same disk.

make sure you hire before you buy.If its similar to the PS2 version it will be a horrible game.I thought i was playing a old NES game with the amount of button mashing I had to do.It had no strategy and was a pathetic game.Hopefully the X-Box version will be better.

Speaking of crap games did anyone try out Mike Tysons boxing by Codemasters for the PS2?I think that the old atari boxing game with the overhead view was more entertaining.

PS2:

Timsplitters 2: First person shooter, great fun for single and multi-player.

Tekken 4: Classic beat 'em up.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2: Most addictive and enjoyable game I've played.

WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth: Fun as a multiplayer game. Story mode is pretty good but the lack of sound and dialogue is a worry.

Ratchet & Clank: Not sure why I bought this game. I mean it's a great game and all but platforms aren't really my type .

AFL Live 2003: Disappointing and unrealsitic to say the least. Expect 2004/2005 to be better.

Grand Theft Auto III: By far the most innovative game I've played. I spent a lot of time on this game and haven't regretted any of it. Haven't played Vice City yet though.

Grand Turismo III: Another classic.

Silent Hill 2: Was supposed to be scary. I suppose it was at times, but there wasn't much else to it.


The only games I still play are Pro Evolution soccer 2, Timesplitters 2, and Tekken 4. I finished Grand Theft Auto III and never really had much time for most of the others.

Madden 2003 - I didn't like NFL before this game, but damn, if AFL 2003 had this level of sophistication this website would die because all free time would be spent playing it.

GTA 3 & GTA3: Vice City - both great time wasters. They set a new level in console gaming, IMO.

NHL Hitz 2003 - Pretty crap

Grand Turismo 3 - After GTA3, this was sedate, crap and annoying.

I have a PS2, have only got a couple of games, but I think I will buy more...was playing my PS1 the other day and was losing on NBA Live 98. I got a bit frustrated and stamped on the playstation. It's been put to sleep.
