Just came across a couple of articles from July last year that mention Swift and Scooter signing contract extensions, which it looks like you've already got, but they also mention that McGinnity signed a contract extension then too.

Your guess is as good as anyone's. Here's an article from a week ago questioning whether or not he would consider replacing Neil Craig as senior coach the Crows. He does say he's just had another kid, his family is pretty settled in Perth, and he'd like to stay on and continue to build the Eagles midfield, but that's what you would expect him to say, so who knows where he'll be next year.
 
I'm becoming increasingly convinced that Shuey's contract runs out at the end of this season.

Don't think he has but he will.

Wouldn't be surprised if we are negotiating at the moment or has signed and the club waiting to announce it.

Ebert is the interesting one for mine.
 
While they are expected say something similar to that, there is the standard "I'm happy where I am at the moment, we'll see what happens later" response that most resort to if they are on the fence.

So do we know Selwood and Swift extension timeframes? If not shouldnt they move to 'unknown' status with notes about the known previous contract + unknown extension??

We know their time frames. There was an article last year which talked about Swift and Selwood re-signing but not McGinnity.

The latest article was the one I missed that year. It had McGinnity in it but not the time frame.

Hope that makes sense.
 
No new contract signings to submit, but there's been some negotiating going on. Kim Hagdorn penned an article on that website that claims to be the first with sports news. I can't post a link, because it won't work for that website.

In it he says, Colin Young has begun contract negotiations for Priddis with WCE, but that Priddis is in no hurry to re-sign, and might even wait until the season's end before considering re-signing, but he also stressed that Priddis isn't being targeted by GWS. Sounds like he's just playing hardball to get the best for his client.

Apparently Mackenzie is "deep" in contract discussions, but Mitch Brown has been mulling over a two-year deal put to him 2 months ago. Maybe Brown is considering asking for a trade to return home to Victoria, or could it be that maybe he's being targeted by GWS? And the article also mentions that Adam Selwood and Andrew Embley are out of contract at season's end, which we already knew.

Both have agreed to extend their existing contracts by two years, binding them to the club until at least the end of the 2013 season.

Looks like he re-signed in 2010, as per FiveStrings edit of above post this morning. Sources are both a twitter from WCE today, as well as the email from Gary Stocks quoted within the "Shuey Re-signs" thread where Stocks confirmed in 2010 that Shuey "signed this year [2010]"....

Hi ****,

We never disclose the detail of individual contracts, but Luke Shuey has no intention of leaving the club. He is viewed as a future captain and will be here for a long time. He re-signed this year.

Just thinking to my self that isn't their a chance koby and Weedon signed a contract extension from the initial 2 mandatory years. (Just thinking because you hear about it a bit)
