100% agree. Batsman getts the benefit, but not in this case.

In fairness, he's explosive with the bat anywhere in the order, can bowl and is very good in the field. Really, in T20, he's the perfect player. Worth a 1mil?? doubtful, but he brings a bit to the table

Just been following the IPL auction. I think I may have to come out of retirement !

I was watching a local 50 game yesterday. Kane Richardson was bowling okay, but the opposition side only lost 1 wicket, and Richardson got belted. Then I find out he's being paid $750,000 in the IPL!!! The two guys belting the living suitcase out of him play for nothing. Then I hear Maxwell's getting $1 million. The cricket world is truly screwed in values.

Money screws up everything.
