I supported Hewitt earlier in his career because I thought he would outgrow his behaviour and mature into a gracious player. However, since there is no sign of this happening it is getting harder and harder to like him. I would much rather someone who is a nice guy and a gracious winner win than Hewitt simply because he is Australian.

This is a very unfair comment - Lleyton is only 26 years old, and needs his Mum & Dad to help him - he can't manage without them. I mean, he's not even 30.
When he passes 35, then he can leave home without Mum and Dad - well maybe not that early, maybe when he turns 40...

What a bunch of twits some of your people are. This thread should be renamed as "The Lleyton Hewitt depreciation thread". Not one ounce of credit has been given to Gonzalez' fantastic game. If you people actually watched it, you wouldn't be bagging Lleyton after his incredible effort. As always, he gave everything out there. - For his fans. For his country. For his family.
