2nd time doing roast duck...
Paprika salt pepper and garlic rub roast duck. Mushroom and eggplant garlic and lemon air fried. Roast veggies in duck fat. Green beans in garlic and salt topped with dry roasted almond flakes
Best roast I've ever made!

I am encouraged by the new movement that has people putting peanut butter in the mouths of young children to build tolerance.
Should be widened to all those foods that cause reaction in later life.
