You can have your players call a meeting between themselves.

I have done it.

It doesnt come up to often. Ususally i have found you can do it if your team are on a really bad run you go to players who are leaders in your team, usually the captain and go to player interaction.

From there sometimes there is an option to tell them to call a players meeting to find out waht is going wrong.

It seems to work pretty well. As the team as a whole then tries to lift.

Aguero was only offered to me for 41mpounds, which I dont have...so how you got him for 8 I'll never know. Also, when I had 10mpounds and bidded for Joaquin at 18m, he said Valencia should let him go and play. Now that I have 30+, and can actually afford him, he doesnt want to come

Yeah i got Aguero for 8.25m. Not to sure myself how that happened. He had been playing well also.

Although it seemed he was the one wanting to leave so maybe somehow he was unhappy at his club. He was transfer listed. More than happy to take him (on Waverleys advice).

In his home debut in the Premier League he came off the bench and earnt a penalty. He duely slotted it home for a goal on debut. The game declaring him a favorite of the fans already.

I think this being our first season in the Champions League (we just won the Euro Super Cup as well) and our reputation increasing i think there will be a lot of big clubs coming after my crop of youngsters that have got us to where we are. Most of my team is under 24 still. When i took over as manager i made it a policy not to recruit anyone over the age of 21. Seems to work down the track.

I have got a bugger of a Champions league draw, in my group and Milan, Porto and someone else. It will be tough to get through.

Gee those merchandising affiliates are worth it. I am affiliated with Hunan (China) and Miami FC. Last year i was pulling in about 1.5m a month, for the year i think it was about 16m. This year already i am bringing in about 2.5m-3m per month in merchandise. Probably due to an increased rep. We also played friendlys against my afilliates and took tours in China and USA in the pre season which seems to help. Get involved. I really want a Japanese affiliate but board have not recommended one yet.

Yep - those money spinning feeder clubs are absolute gold. I've got Balina Shukoza (Japan) and did have Kansas City until my new board decided I didn't need that club anymore... I then got Columbus Crew (USA) a few months later so it's all good. I'm pulling in about 10-12mill per month in merchandising but I think thats also due to having C Ronaldo, Villa and Aguero (when I signed these 3 players my merch manager said sales were going to increase significantly).

The bad news is I've heard that once you've got 2 money earning feeder clubs you wont be offered another one (no matter how many times you request a feeder club). I believe that because since I got 2 I've never been offered another one despite asking around 6-7 times. I just get offered obscure African clubs which wont earn you anything.

My rep is worldwide so the income is awesome - my bank balance is now around 180mill pounds (start of 6th year).

Re: young players wanted, exactly what has happened to me with Tottenham, taking them from 4th to 1st and now I have a 'wnt' basically next to 2/3rd of my team, especially English u23's theyre all wanted. How do I find an affiliate to link-up with in Us/Japan? I just moved into 11th in European Clubs Rich List...so Id like to get higher...Also, I got invited to HSV's "Friendly Cup" the other invitees were Milan and Juventus and I beat them both, definitely getting recognised a hell of a lot more. My first group of Champions league has AEK and Genk, so I should be alright to get through. However, I just lost Mido for 5 months and sold Defoe for 5mpounds the day before, so that was annoying.

I think you just keep requesting a feeder club as often as you can (I believe it's about twice a year you can ask) until you start to see teams from US/Korea/Japan/China being offered. I think your club's reputation also has something to do with what clubs you'll be offered too.

Another good way to increase your merchandise income is to do pre-season friendly tours of one or two of those countries (3 or 4 games is usually enough to generate some income).
