So,finally we get there.
Who do you like & why?

I'll stick with Bushido, never got warm in the Debonair.
P.Payne must be a help.Keen e/w at the $9.

Dont mind Cahuita at odds either, thought his last run was
terrific, loomed up to win & just needed it.
Have saved at the $26.

I couldnt be on Reset at those odds.

Seth.

reset hasn't had anything get within 3 lengths or so of it and so it has to be the one to beat. Surprised that elvstroem is $3.50. I don't mind Delzao actually, and at $11 a nice each way Investment is on the cards.

Not used to seeing patrick so far down the list... 55 1/2 Would have to right on his Limit.

My tri will probably be

3,8/1,3,8,10/1,3,5,8,10 ...for $1 .50 will be $27

Can't go past Elvstroem, seems like the class horse in the race with the runs on the board.

Very keen on Silver Birch and Bird Dancer tomorrow in other races.

Ill follow up on Starcraft big winner last start and extra distance suits(takes a champion to beat donna) also under the bridge and elvestrom for my trifecta cheers.

Sticking with Reset, still don't believe he has been fully extended yet. Country Lodge stamped the form last Sunday with the easiest win you'll ever see (granted it was a lesser grade & only the fillies).

Also a Bird Dancer fan. Better suited at the Distance & meets Gold Wells far better off at the weights. Would need to go very close to justify a Doncaster start (which he is currently well up in the betting).

I like Starcraft. Will need the pace on though so he can sprint over the top of them.

Elvstroem will be dominant in any race over 1600m. He is racing like a true stayer this preparation. Still wouldn't surprise me if he got up.

Reset is untapped. All you can do is win, and that is what he's done and he's done it impressively. You can't ignore him.

Good field, let's hope it is a better race. Be careful with your bets, because we don't know how the heat (Forecast of 41 in Melbourne today) will affect them. So it may pay to forget any runner, in any race, who puts in a shocker.

I'm gonna back 2 horses in the Guineas because both will be at decent odds

bit worried about the lack of pace in the race with Reset the likely leader from Elvstroem

Under The Bridge from barrier 3 should position up nicely just behind them, and despite his gallant 2nd in the Debonair, probly still 20-1 .... i'll probly have something like 3 units the win, 17 units the place

My second school of thought is that the lack of pace could lead to pace, so I'll have a smaller bet on Delzao (win only) .... should also be $20+

Starcraft could blow them away
Reset - I'll wait till he does it in this class
Elvstroem looking a bit grinding for mine
Bushido - some hope
the rest - no hope

Oink !

If the weather is as hot as you think remember Starcraft is used to those conditions and will be well suited by the rise in distance i will be on

cheers

As soon as Elvstroem was jumping around in the stalls, it was all over for me.

He couldn't afford to miss the start, unlike Reset, who went to sleep early and kept enough in the tank to see off the Starcraft.
