How good is he?
Where will he go in the draft?
Is he big enough to play CHB or FB?

Will he show nothing for 2 years and be traded away only to blossom at another club leaving certain supporters wiping gooey egg off their red, red faces?

He'll go top 3 with Rich and Naitanui from WA. Could play FB, CHB and CHF, and would do really well in either spot. He's one of the best junior KP prospects I have seen, and he would really round off our baby blues nicely.

Very good prospect! Would love him at Essendon. Almost inclined for Essendon to use their top pick on him.......then I take a look at our midfield and quickly snare Rich before the opportunity passes.....:o

We won't get Hurley, so I think we will draft yet another midfielder.

How many sides do you think will get a 2nd round PP this year?

Hopefully just the two if Essendon or Freo can get their act together in the second half of the year.

He's bloody good. Not the fastest but reads the play really well and at 192cms/92kgs is strong in the contest and looks ready-made. As a result though he's unlikely to last past the top 5 to our pick.

No chance of that happening at all.
If I ha the No.1 selection, i'd be very tempted to take Hurley. The kid could hold down CHB/CHF for 10 years.

1.natanui
2.rich
3.hurley
4.trngrove
5.yarran
6.watts
7.mckernan

Assuming we couldn't get Hurley i'd be happy with Watts or Trengrove (although his build would probably see him less ready-made). McKernan apparently tore it up on sunday. No reason he couldn't play CHF. We do have some good options. :thumbsu:

I want Mr Hurley. Imagine Kreuz, Murph, Gibbs, Jamo, Hurley, Grigg, Bower, Walker, Browne, Eddie, Hammer, Ando and maybe Benji, Army and Jake. Go the baby blues!

If we miss Hurley, Trengove sounds a good prospect also.

I'm still keen for us to also draft some small/medium clever forwards in the mould of Chapman,O'Keefe,Jones,Motlop,Rioli.

Fellas if we're looking for a gun KPP for a bargain draft pick, look no further than Paul Cahill. I watched him play in the state U18 for SA on Saturday (in a warm up match) and he absolutely ripped up and got BOG from CHF. He plays for Sturt in the SANFL and is super Athletic and has great hands. He absolutely dominates so much it is not funny and I can't believe he hasn't been hyped up yet.

On another note Adam's brother Hamish Hartlett also played (he is touted to go top 10 in the draft), although his peformance was not as promising and appears to be struggling so I hope Carlton don't recruit him with our first pick.
