someone stabbing a random person on a street to death with a knife, admitting they stabbed a person to death with a knife and then saying they are innocent of murder.
How is it any different? Please enlighten me Bomber fans as I'm really struggling to see how it is any different.

Nah, it's like getting a job in the paper as a "stabber" and getting paid to go murder someone. When the cops come and make the arrest, they can blame the employer as how were they suppose to know what they were doing was illegal?

He's totally innoccent. How was he suppose to know that getting 40 injections in offsite rooms and secret waivers with listed banned substances were illegal. His only crime is trust and not spending 5 minutes doing a search on the listed substance or knowing the code that his career sits under.

Yeah this is an even better way to put it.

But but he was just following instructions.

Actually maybe JAB Watson could recreate the Nuremburg war trials.

There is defence which was raised by one Otto Ohlendorf, who amongst such other charitable acts, admitted slaughtering many thousands of Jews.

His defence was called the necessity defence and is summarised as follows:

"In other words, it is claimed that the defendants in committing the acts charged to them, acted in self-defense for the benefit of a third party, the third party being Germany"

Now maybe Jab wants to say he took these injections for the benefit of a third party being Essendon.

One problem for Otto pictured below- on the left:

He was hung in 1951....

dumb ignorance is not a defence, he will get what he deserves, it just might take a while.

"didn't see the speed limit sign your honor, didn't know I was speeding"
"didn't know the gun was loaded when I shot my wife"
"didn't know the knife was so sharp when I was playing murderers"
