well he was saying that in general Port and melbourne were the losers of the trade period and I don't think that's the case really the conversation then moved on to the rich/poor divide

To be fair Ford it does say "Tall Ben Jacobs" is in the photo not the "real" Ben Jacobs. As Jacobs is listed at 185 cm and O'Shea at 197 cm O'Shea may very well be "Tall Ben Jacobs".

A caller to triple mmm rang and really took kg to task about if it was port. He yibbered and yabbered his way trying to deny it while the caller is saying "you ALWAYS put the boot into port" and the whole time in the background jars is saying "yeah you do kg, you do mate, you gotta admit you do that etc etc"

Jars was very fair on the radio yesterday and kg was a whiny old windbag campaigner as usual

You should have heard KG earlier in the week on MMM. He rang in to defend the whole Tippett saga- well, everyone except Tippett- and Dittmar and Jarman opened up on him. They said he was wrong blah, blah, blah because he was still refusing to say Adelaide had done anything wrong. Towards the end of the conversation I'm sure KG sounded like he was fighting back tears.

Jarman has, surprisingly, been pretty honest about how Adelaide have well and truly screwed up.

Jars called for Trigg's resignation on the MMM on Friday, which took me by complete surprise. Seconds after making that statement kg calls in, and starts defending Trigg's honour; reid's as well. He was getting emotional because Jars wasn't backing down, and at one point I thought kg was going to start crying.

At least not all parts of the media are blindly defending Trigg.
