I think the club is finally realising just how much their fans have gone through, how much patience they have had, and, although the fans are not turning on the club (far from it) are now at least demanding a higher level of performance and commitment than over the last few seasons.

Great to see that the club is at least acknowledging how the fans are feeling - it is difficult as a supporter to have to turn around and express how pissed off we are - would very much rather simply keep the happy, optimistic, blinkers on each week - but obviously as supporters we need to express our disappointment.

I think we can all accept the results so long as we know that the players can hear AND CARE what the fans are saying, and that they are providing a 100% commitment.

Houlihan, Ratten, Swan and even Pratt have all acknowledged the supporters feelings and that is important. We area starting to show the signs of a really switched on, professional, responsible (corporate) outfit. It has been hard to watch the slow start to the year - and I think we as fans HAD to finally break our unconditional support and express the reality of where we are at.

The club has responded to the fans - lets see if the players can do the same - really want to see a gut bursting, hard fought, never say die game from the players this week. If I see that and we lose, I will be very happy.

I'll take 2 wins for the year as long as they are both against Essendon. :D

Actually I take that back, I will be bitterly disapointed if we don't win more than 6 for the year. 8-10 would make me much happier though.;)

I think if we can keep our silly mistakes and turnovers to a minimum, and as One Eyed Bluey said increase our chasing throughout the game and getting more of the 1%'s we will have a real show.

I know we shouldn't put pressure on the kid - blah blah all very true - but i think kreuzer will have an impact.

The one percenters are how we ALWAYS WIN against Essendon. I we lose, this is why.

Dare I say it but here we are in Round 3 and we have a MUST WIN game.
A loss this week then you would think we would lose to the scum (Collingwood) and all of a sudden we are 0-4.
Come on Blues!!!

Bugger 2 wins. 8 was par and anything else not good enough. And judging by first 2 rnds it may not improve.
That is all I want to see improvement. That would lead to wins

Over 10 hours to produce this response and I can see why. Whilst brief you have encapsulated all the wisdom and complex depth of the entire Collingwood machine. Well done. You are a sagacious word-smith of some note, my friend. I look forward to following your future work with interest.

What about 4 and half wins?

Priority pick is 4 or less wins.

The key is continued good drafting, I went back through the draft lists yesterday.

Between 1997 - 2002 was apalling

since 2002 much better, but can still get better.

Focus on good skills & decision makers.
