Geelong’s 2007 AFL premiership capped a remarkable, and sometimes turbulent, 12 months at the football club. Herald Sun journalist Scott Gullan spent that year inside the Cats. From dressing rooms to back rooms, he now tells the complete story of how the club ended its premiership drought
The book is priced at $34.95 (plus 2008 members also get 10% discount) and will be available to purchase exclusively from the Cats Shop for two weeks from Friday 14 March.

As in this book is only available for two weeks from the cats shop? It cannot be purchased elsewhere at a later date?

Cheers!

Scott Gullan of the Herald Sun, if my facts are straight, was the author of the book. Basically just followed the Cats right throughout the 2007 season, on and off field. Fairly certain he is a Cats fan.

On another point, he wrote the piece on Geelong in the AFL Magazine contained in the Herald Sun today, and let an interesting statement slip, he said that although he doesn't like to pump his players tyres too often if at all, Mark Thompson reckons Scarlo is the best defender he has seen.

Pretty intriguing I thought.

The Addy one is a MASSIVE disappointment.......the idea was fantastic but they screwed up in that they forced the writers to cram an entire match review into one page....which was nowhere near enough
Not worth a purchase? Maybe I'll just get this one then.
