Exactly and why would anyone choose Perth ?
There are plenty of nice cities around the world so you have to have some attraction.
People have to know about that attraction and the city has to live up to that perception
if you want return business.

And the latest Deloitte Access Economics’ tourism and hotel market outlook report to be released today says the “bulge in the supply pipeline” will peak this year with another 720 hotel rooms to come online.
