What choice do I have? I need legal representation in France and need to get it done ASAP really to avoid further taxes.

I looked into buying viager properties in France a few years back, still wouldn't mind it. But there is a lot of complexities, and I wouldn't be signing off on anything without getting good advice from someone who specialises in the country and inheritance/property law.

Haha that's a bit over my head mate. You'll need to talk to the law firm or a decent accountant about that. You may be able to set up a company in France to receive the inheritance and use it to buy assets in Australia or wash the money through an Australian subsidiary. That's only an idea though haha

I'm finding all out about inheritance law right now. For starters you can't disinherit your kids lol. And inheritances must go down the bloodline.

Just be careful with bringing it back in more than $10k lots per person travelling.

I've cashed out a few hundred from my 365 account of late and her phone is absolutely cooked so she'll be thrilled.

Depends what she uses it for. iPhone a more basic set up. Samsung can do more things.

For whatever it's worth, I've never had a problem with the Edge.
