Someone somewhere must have made a fortune out of it.

I don't work in markets anymore but I'd imagine you could get some decent pricing in betting on oil recovery through futures or through long dated out of the money call options on Woodside, Santos, etc.

I left melbourne last Monday to come up to the Sunshine Coast for a holiday until this Tuesday, was all 29-30 degrees and sunny until Saturday, been raining ever since, hasn’t stopped at all today.

Today was horrible. Been stuck at my desk since 8am anyway, so at least I've not missed out on anything. Autumn through to Spring is usually magical up here - hopefully, the lingering Summer symptoms don't last too much longer.

I can’t see Labour ever being a viable opposition again unfortunately. Have to see how Starmer leads it but the identitarian politics are now so deeply engrained I can’t see a change coming.
