There used to be plenty of Pizza hut restaurants back in the dark ages hahahaha. Remember going to plenty of birthday parties there, all you can eat was fun.

Looks like Ballarat is the very last remaining Pizza Hut restaurant left. Bendigo / Shepp both closed recently.

There's a Pizza Hut down the road from me that's still running.

Really? A dine in one? They're all takeaway only stores down here pretty much.

Probably takeaway only, I thought you meant Pizza Hut full stop.

Yeah I remember back in the day going to the all you can eat, that was brilliant.

Went to the ballarat one a few months ago. Just as disgusting as I remember when I was a kid. Can't wait to go again.

Next you will be saying there is also a Blockbuster down the road.

I was surprised to discover that (in)Sanity music stores are still going with all itunes/spotify / digital content etc etc.

We actually had the worlds last Blockbuster store down the corner from me. Only went out of business four or five years ago after a small tornado caused damage.

I have a Video Ezy near me. Although I have no idea if they are mostly all gone, it’s rare to see DVD places around anymore. Ezy DVD still operates online. Streaming services have all but wiped them all out.

Yeah apart from a Sanity/JB there’s nothing else around in those formats. I’m surprised sanity/trax are still about though.

Yeah amazing Sanity hasn't gone bust. It must just be a matter of time, I really don't know how they could rebrand themselves to survive.

Sanity have basically become a copy of EB Games but with DVDs and Music. They're now selling gaming related merch, games, consoles etc.

I guess people still like physical forms of items. Vinyl would probably still be big but I can’t imagine CD’s are that popular anymore apart from the artwork that accompanies it and DVD’s have special features that may not be available elsewhere but I would think the interest is contained towards music and film buffs and seniors who aren’t great with tech.
