Just finished watching the 3rd season of Arrested Development for the first time.

What a show that is!

Already 4 eps in. Not enjoying it much at all. Have heard the back half is really good though.

WealstoneRaider this is probably my favourite track from their latest album, their first album sounds very different but I still enjoy it, second album is great as well, more like this sound but not as full on. The youtube video I've linked sounds different to the actual track though, guitar is slightly louder for some reason.

Hmm not bad but not really anything that hasn't been heard a thousand times before. I think the age of rock is probably over now. It has been for some time to be fair. Just the same old sounds, the same old look being repeated for the last 15-20 years.

Imagine being 18 in 1973 and rocking up with your mates to check these guys out...

They're a good counterbalance to all the happy pop back in the 90s

Radiohead is the greatest band of our time. Absolutely brilliant live band that change the game I almost every way. Creep is arguably their weakest song too which is why Thom stopped playing it for years.

How many of those aren't in the same "life sucks" slow kind of song?

I might check it out and keep a check if they're on Spotify. I'd be pleasently surprised if more than half aren't. Always thought most their songs were down that alley

Loads of the British bands afterwards just wanna copy either Oasis or Radiohead as well. Chris Martin basically worship them (loads of their early stuff are just them trying to be radiohead), Muse is like Radiohead on steroids.

Yeah we've had this conversation with Cruyff before. Apparently he can't hear them sing over their guitars.

I think a good comparison for Radiohead is like watching Serie A. You know what you're gonna get and it is a select few's cup of tea to watch/listen to something like that.

Was going to compare it to watching WBA. But nobody enjoys that!

Agree about Muse. They were insanely good but everything after Black Holes and Revelations just became far too bombastic.
