Yeah I guess you are right, if turning the wet and muddy conditions off isn't an option.

you're complaining about the process used to select All-SFA

I can tell you that muddy conditions were discussed during the selection process last season

posting stats were discussed, match stats were discussed, clubs picked teams and then from those teams the all-sfa team was chosen

how each club goes about it is up to them, but the answer to your unhappiness with the All SFA isn't to change the sim

The all-SFA squad is extremely flawed in its selection. Not sure how you do it better when there are so many vested interests and so much desperation from some to get “their person” into the side.

The spectacle has been unbecoming of those elected to represent the SFA as a whole in the decision making process, yet the same lame reasons get trotted out by the same teams who pick the same players in the same positions out of habit more than anything.

Luckily some of us don’t give a crap about personal awards that have very little to do with your contribution to the SFA, and are based almost purely on luck of the Sim. Otherwise, we might still be trying to pick the team from 8 seasons ago.

I understand the luck of it all stuff and it sounds great.

But I still have an issue with an Award (All Sweet FA) not wholly being picked by the SIM or program, that is picked by posters.

Either Committee/LG's. Does every committee member truly leave it all up to their LG's

When they look at the stats, they are the ones who need to take the weather into account whilst looking at the Stats, before picking their mates to pad their Hall of Fame resumes.


The effect of Weather needs to be discussed by those choosing if the awards were to be fair.

I'll second this, this thread is to settle any confusion to how the sim works.

Awards etc can be discussed in the committee at the relevant time.
