Used to have (still have somewhere back in Oz?)...

Parachute (brown case), had to save the parachuters jumping out of a plane with your boat, otherwise they fell in the water where the sharks were waiting.

Donkey King Jr. (green case), where you control Jr with the task to save his dad, Donkey Kong, from being held captive inside a cage, dodging booby traps and birds to get to a swinging key. Grabbing the key at the right moment and swiping it with the cage's lock would open up a quarter of the cage. Do it 4 times and Donkey Kong was free with a smile on his face for about 3 seconds before the whole thing started over... game got slightly more faster (harder) along with the sound effects each time you freed Donkey Kong. You had one weapon, a piece of fruit, that Jr. would rip off from a branch that would knock down any birds or booby traps below in its path. Loved playing this game and was a pro at it in '89/early 90s.

Ahhh the memories of 'clocking' them :)

Had a heap. greenhouse, snoopy tennis, octopus, the original Mario bros.

The original orange dual screen dk was the best tho

my first dual screen cost 50 bucks. outrageous in the 80s

saw your location, Bunbury, and did live there for six months in '89/'90. these "game and watch" games made regular appearances at school back there/then... remember a bunch of us gathering around the guy who had the dual screen out in the playing field during recess/lunch... memories

My grandmother had Donkey Kong and another that I can't quite remember at her house for us to play with when we visited. Even when the batteries were long dead I'd still pick them up and hope.

I had an hour trip to school on the bus every day. was the same deal. one of my mates had folks that spoiled the shit out of him. he'd bring a selection of game and watch games with him all the time that I'd bum off him.

He had a full Set of voltron lions too. bastard
