From the outset i don't trust politicians at all, however it may surprise to hear Tony Abbott is more left of centre than many of his Liberal colleages. For what it's worth there will probably be another hung parliament after tomorrow.

Your money can be wiped out at any time, the way we as a society treat and look after one another will endure. When that money goes, you will be glad there are those who are more concerned about social issues than their bank balance.

Yes, it's a preferential system. It still creates a much friendlier environment for minor parties than the alternative.
