I'm glad I only read this latest music conversation just now, lest I'd have flooded it with my very anal views on certain bands/styles.

Anyway, for all you RATM fans you should check out Zac De La Rocha's previous late-80's/early 90's bands Hard Stance (guitarist), and Inside Out (vocalist). The Inside Out 7" in particular was a ******* gnarly record. Burning Fight was such a "wind up the car windows and turn this up as loud as possible" song.

I remember Kingsmill playing that song and No Spiritual Surrender during the RATM J-Files like 10 years ago, and then following up with a song by Tom Morello's old band Lock Up which was so so much worse.
