I actually watched that last week. It's pretty epic.

Basically they firstly cut off the man's penis and they both tried to eat it. Apparently it was too tough to eat so he cooked it with some salt, pepper and garlic. By then it was pretty burnt so he fed it to his dog.

The funny bits were previous meetings that didn't end up in cannibalism. He had several people contact him, and even meet up, but they all pulled out at the last minute. Armin Meiwes (the cannibal) didn't force anyone into anything. Two funny stories that I'm quoting from memory from a report on it.

"one guy came around and we were all ready. I had hung him up on the meat hook and was ready to get started before he pulled out. We then spent the day drinking beer and eating pizza"

"there was another guy who I had all prepared. He was wrapped in shinkwrap and I was ready to start but he pulled out. We then went to the pictures and saw Oceans Eleven"

I loved that last one.
