So it looks like we need to win at least 4 games to make the finals, preferably 5 because of our poor percentage.

Collingwood @ MCG - Certainly is winable. Fletcher and Mcveigh both will return. I dont think Collingwood has beaten us twice in a season for quite some time either. (Correct me if Im wrong)

Adelaide @ Dome - Possibly Hird to return. The Crows have never beaten us in Melbourne. I cant see it happening this time round either.

Hawthorn @ MCG - Unlikely, but dont think it would be a huge upset if we knocked them off. Hird very likely to be back.

Fremantle @ Subiaco - Who knows? Depends a lot on which Fremantle turn up.

Carlton @ MCG - Must win! If we lost that we wouldnt deserve our finals spot.

Richmond @ MCG - Same as Carlton game.

West Coast @ Subiaco - Very Unlikely. Unfortunate that we may be playing for a finals spot there.

So I can see
3 should wins from Adelaide, Carlton and Richmond
3 maybe wins from Collingwood, Hawthorn and Fremantle
1 Highly Unlikely From West Coast

If we snag 1 but preferably 2 wins from the maybes then we should be there come September.

Alot of people would disagree but every game is winnable! Sheeds has stated this weeks game VS Collingwood is our Grand Final! Lets get back to the football we know we can play!

We definitely have to jag one over the next fortnight or Im tipping we're gone. Its become that crucial now. We're almost two games out of the 8.

imo we have played pretty crap over the past 3 weeks. and for that period we have one win
a honourable loss
and we were in a game where we played terribly

so that means if we can strike a bit of form we are a big chance in probably 5 or 6 of our future matches

at least we have our destiny in our own hands as if we are good enough we will make it. but if play like we did on saturday we won't deserve to make it

Im tipping we'll end up on 10 wins for the year. Despite our purple patch earlier this season ans beating GF finalists, not a bad effort considering where we've come from and the injuries we currently have.

Agree. 11 wins is a fair effort after last year, and especially when we've had the hardest draw in the league.

I've just been looking at the draw and we basically have to win the next 3 weeks or beat Freo or West Coast in Perth to make the finals.

We will not make it if we only win 4 more games to finish 12-10.

Our percentage has come back to haunt us now. The narrow wins over Richmond and Melbourne (that should have been a Destroyation) hurt us when Adelaide and Syndey are in the mix and miles infront on %. Even Collingwood and Port are 7% ahead.

If the Dockers had pulled their fingers out we could have been in touching distance of the Roos.

I didn't expect to win on the weekend after McVeigh and Fletch took the week off and really we played poorly for the bulk of the game.

If we can put togeather a 4 quarter effort we can beat the Pies. Once we do that, anything can happen from there.

Why can't we beat Freo ?

Their form is terrible and you'd think that with their season basically over by then they will be playing kids with a view to next year.

That game is definitely winnable in my opinion.

Would expect to win against Adelaide, Richmond, Fremantle and Carlton and if we can jag a win against any of Cwood, Hawthorn or West Coast then that will be a bonus.

That will give us 12 wins, possibly 13 - enough to make the finals.

Looking at the run home I could see us losing a game we are supposed to win(Carl) and winning a game we are supposed to lose(Freo)
