Essendon.... Lucus in the side, Essendon look a whole lot better. If Thursfield can get back in the side and go with Lloyd then I'd play Moore on Lucus. Hille is playing great and I would want Pattison to basically tag him.

Brisbane... Have looked very venerable in Melb especially at telstra dome. They should be coming off a win , so confidence should be back.
The game will be won in the middle. Again big games by Thurs and Moore on Brown and Bradshaw will be required.

Geelong at Telstra dome is a lot beter than at Skilled. Lets try and be competitive again.

Adelaide... a game we should have won last time. I felt we had them. But they flogged us in the last qtr and 5 minutes by ten Goals. I think we will be more prepared then last time. Few injuries have hurt them also. We have travelled ok with 3 out of 4. A win here and we are well on the way to finals.

Hawthorn.. out of all the games this is the one I'd like to win more than any. Tactically last time I think we showed alot of clubs how to play them. You must move the ball out of defence FAST with hand ball then kick over the zone they create. North did this to perfection. Another game I hope we are competitive.

Freo at the G... should win

Melbourne will be fighting for picks so hopefully another win.

We could easily win 5 out of 7 . Other results have to go our way. The Adelaide game being the toughest out of the 5 at this stage.

Sure. It's not out of the question. Lovett's suspension for team rule-breaking doesn't hurt either as a starter.
But let's not get ahead of the script. I want two wins from the next two games before I get really excited.

Pretty confident that we can win 5 of those games.
With a couple of spots in the 8 there for the taking, it looks like the Tigers will be a huge chance to see September action.

Year 4 of the plan has been brilliantly executed. These results will cement Wallace's reputation as the master tactician, and true innovator of the game.

Well done to TW for bringing his plan, vision, forward thinking and ground breaking methods to the RFC, ensuring that the club be set for a period of long term, sustained success :thumbsu:

Wow, sundays win really did release some endorphins huh?

Dont get me wrong I believe we can make the finals too, but I will certainly hold off on that kind of praise for Wallace until he delivers a little more than a win against west coast.

Besides he might read your post amd his head will inflate.

If you ask me theres no point in making comments like whom we have in the run home and finals etc. Lets just wait for the result vs essendon first. Regardless of what happens in my mind this has been a good season for Richmond and next year i want us to continue this and rise to another level.

Anyone notice what happens when we get our hopes up. Our wins seem to occur when there is little to play for.

Im not going to build myself up like I did for the week against Carlton.

Its not negativity, just protecting myself.

Will that be my way of heading down the peninsula now IDMAN? Haven't hopped on it yet, but tipping I can get to Moonah Links 15 mins quicker than before?

We may have to hook up for a tonk down there Harvs. I have reciprocal rights at Moonah but have yet to grace the fairways. You a reg?

4-5 times a year. Like the Legends much more than the Open, but you'd rate either. Plays tough when the elements spring up though. Hit a full blooded driver there no further than 140m one day. Tough stuff.

(sorry to derail the thread nutter!)

Could, yes.

Not so sure about 'easily'.

What a load of shit :thumbsd:

Assuming we win those 5 games, we hope and expect to win to make the 8... guess how many games we would have won against top 8 sides to end up making the finals?

Answer: 0 (best result was a draw!)

Yep, l can see how you can now think that Wallace is some kind of master tactician. You're talking absolute rubbish. Vision, sustained success... pff... my arse!

It runs smoothly until the end in Frankston. It was like a carpark for the last 3-4km . Everyone get's to the outer suburb Frankston quicker now, but once they get to the 2 lane part at the end they have to join the queue. So people living in Frankston may not get there any quicker than previously but if you live just before Frankston you'll benefit
