I probably would have brought in Duggan over Nelson - even out of form, I think he's a better player. I wouldn't underestimate the flow on effect that the structure imbalance and mindset can have on the group.

Unlike most here, I still do blame Brown a bit because he's a 27 year old who's played 94 games now. He doesn't get a free ticket regardless of the circumstances.

Should have left Lycett out as well as brown and brought in two midfilelders.

I agree that Mitch can't be blamed. Let's face it he kicked 1 more goal than anyone expected and stuffed up less plays than I anticipated.

Definitely not his fault - on a hiding to nothing

He actually ran patterns and found space in the first half - but the mids kept bombing to kennedy who had Wood and Morris zoning off and killing him.

Should have used brown early when he had space and made wood et al accountable.

Poor strategy, poor execution.

Hopefully with Barrass starring we try the Lycett/Gov combo and make our team considerably more mobile next year.

Run with just the two key defenders and let Shepp do what he did amazingly in 2015. If he is outgunned - then drop Gov back.

Yeo to backline, if Emac stays, hopefully he recaptures form then Gov to CHF allowing Darling to be third tall. Barrass CHB and Schofield as third tall down back and back to rebounding/running off half back. Hopefully Lycett can build fitness up to compete most of the game however coming back from a knee operation, even if it's minor, may be difficult.

Do we have one of the worst match committees in the league? I don't know how much it has changed over the years, but even going back as far as 2005, they basically cost us a flag with the dropping of Lynch. This year they potentially cost us top 4 with the changes against the Pies, and now this.

On top of that, they seem to be stubborn to absurd levels. It's the biggest boys club in the league. We never ever make the tough decisions on dropping players. Playing 3 rucks several years ago with a completely out of form Cox epitomises that better than just about anything else. And our current midfield isn't far behind. They just don't seem to be willing to drop older players playing like shit and giving young blokes a shot. And on the rare occasion they do they drop them immediately because they didn't perform like Judd in his first season.

It's a bloody joke.

His versatility earned him the nod as back-up, back-up ruckman and back-up defender. Just couldn't get near it until he got the Eagles' third goal, an over-the-back, goal square job. Ended with just five disposals. You'd have to question the merits of picking him against the rampant mosquito fleet the Bulldogs had on the park.

Finally it's been said again. Yes they cost us 05. They ****ed up in 15 playing a soft outside player in Masten and subbed Rosa an outisde player who always puts his body on the line and now Thursday!

Who are the match committee? Coach + ?????

Our MC has made many stupid decisions over the years, would be prudent to **** them all off and start again.

- He was poor in all of his AFL games this season
- Had no good form leading up to the game
- Delivered an expected woeful performance

Selection committee should hang their heads in shame and Mitch Brown should get out of the club already.
