Expect him to be rookied...

He seems fairly laid back, and on the rookie list he has 3 years to prove himself. Gives him a chance to ease into a new club. Especially if they already have some dee-lightful talent.

Then again, I am pretty sure if you nominate for the National Draft you automatically get nominated for the PSD. Maybe someone could confirm?

Patrick Wiggins is reportedly going to be with the Tasmanian Devils next season, as Matthew Armstrong is after him. I would expect Luke Shackelton to be on the list of players the Devils will be chasing. If either don't goto the Devils they may go back to their original clubs.

That is if Shackelton doesn't nominate for the PSD.

Yep. The delisted guys can choose to nominate for National (and therefore PSD as well) or they can pass on the National and nominate for the PSD alone. Most will be in both to maximise their minimal chances.

The kids though have to nominate for the National. They can not choose to skip the National and go into either the PSD or rookie draft.

A nomination remains valid for 3 years (they might have cut it back to 2). There is some provision for a player to get his nomination withdrawn.

I thought you had one (Chris Lamb) but the Dees delisted him didn't they ?
I think another club should pick up Callan Beasy. He's got some potential and he's a big fellow, so he might be a better punt as a 5th/6th rnd pick.
