When I finished lunch today there were only two slices of bread left so I decided to turn them into toast.

Guess what I had on them?

Come at me, Vegemite haters.

I actually bought a jar of it yesterday.

Breakfast - toast with heaps of butter, ladled with vegemite, topped with cheese, with a runny fried (in butter) egg on top. You could use spaghetti and/or baked beans in there as well (on top of the egg).

Delicious.

Too much mix , this recipe don't darn to try.

In my world, that's what butter is for.

Used in moderation, good quality butter is good for you. Somewhat depends on how your body processes food but good fats like good quality animal fat, butter, oils, all help give you a feeling of fullness and stop you over consuming other processed foods full of fructose and cheap starch (which breaks down to sugar) to feel full.

lol, not this myth again.

Want a good place in India, thats Goa.

Depends what part of Goa. Most of it has been ruined by development, much of the other part is full of traumatised young Israeli kids dealing with the end of their compulsory military service by taking a heap of acid and whatever else they can get their hands on. PTSD and hallucinogenics, not such a great combo.

Kerala is lovely though.

Don't encourage it. It will only post more.

For some reason the excess butter on the knife always ends up in the vegemite jar. The sight of congealing butter mixed with month old vegemite is not on my list of gourmet delights.

After watching kids eat paste (glue) straight out of the container in the early years of primary school, nothing with the word paste in it sounds appetising to me.

While we're taking it outside, somebody from the club get out here and tell me how you justify $85 for a one game membership.
