That club will never improve until they get rid of their boys club. Rot started with Tana and it hasn't improved after subsequent ownership changes.

It's why they got found out over their salary cap cheating. Ex-coach pissed off with the club snitched the club to the FFA.

...then it got stolen a few days after I cancelled the insurance and now I'm back to my 'crappy' iPhone 4 for another two years... like a homeless man who'd been given a teasing taster of the high life only to be sent back to live in the gutter.

I'm not sure we've got the right coach in Lowe. And we can't seem to attract the quality personnel and when we do we pay them too much!
