Laycock
Longergan
Johns (just feel that they will play him as a extra option down back/forward if McPhee doesn't work)

Winderlich is a good inclusion. Surprised there is no Lovett.

Would like the bench to be J.Johnson, Laycock, Lonergan and Monfries.

Bench.. I'm going to go out on a limb:

Laycock, CJ, Slattery, Monfries.

Hard to see Lonergan getting dropped, so maybe Monfries will miss. Depends how he pulls up I spose.

Slattery will do a tagging job, Knights seemed happy with his job against North. Pev might even sneak in. Pretty sure JJ will be an emergency though.

Lonergan is the last person i'd be dropping. All ahead of CJ, Slattery, Monfries, Pev and JJ IMO.

Slatts won't miss either though because he is our best tagging option so we'll need him against the Cats, any other team and he wouldn't be in our 22,

Why do we need a tagger against the Cats, they will likely spank us whether we have one or not. I'd rather play attacking players. Very happy at least Slatter aint in the starting side!

If we leave their best unchecked we have no chance. If Slatts can hold Bartel it will at least give us a shot of matching them through the middle.

Because their attacking players are much better than ours, and much more damaging than ours so we can't afford to go head to head with their midfield because we will lose.

So we just need to tighten up heavily on one of them wiht a tag and then just play accountable footy on the rest of them and we should have a pretty good chance at knocking them over.

Mcveigh v Ablett will be a great match up. I hope Mcveigh doesn't tag but just plays aggressive football and makes Ablett accountable.

But we all know that's not how the actual team and bench will line up come Sunday. I just picked the 4 who I thought should/will play out of the extended bench.

pretty happy wit hthat - doesnt look like we'll make changes for the sake of it, thats a good sign.

With slatts listed on the extended bench it may mean they are looking at another change on top of Lucas.....

we'll see....but gee, we have a lot of runners and if they have the heart, and run all bl00dy day, we'llbe a sneaky chance to run them into the ground like we did with North...

the leadership team banned him from preseason games and the first 3 home and away games. i think this is a bit harsh but they have lost patience with his antics.
