Sorted through a few previous albums,
c90s, and updated/downloaded to cd,
and a lot of The The stuff is still pretty cool.

This bloke i think was a huge talent,
and created some seminal pieces,
remember when Infected was an MTV staple.

In the Bragg status as an 80-90s social commentator.

Soul Mining, Infected, Dusk all still bear a listen.
Sometimes naiive lyrically,
made some great music

got all his albums

soul mining and infected are among my all time favorites.

'this is the day', 'sweet bird of truth' and 'slow train to dawn' my fav songs.

I loved "Soul Mining" and "Infected". Couldn't wait for Mind Bomb (Johnson AND Marr how good is that I thought). Bought it the week it was released. Played it once. Then played it again and then promptly gave it away to my little brother. What a load of crap! Have to admit that turned me off any future releases and I haven't listened to anything after. Any recommendations on what CD would be worth getting for someone wanting to discover some of his later work.
