What I did say is that if he chose his club on emotion it would be Everton. If Carragher chose his club on emotion he would have gone to Everton too (presuming he had that opportunity).

But emotion is just one factor that a player would take into account.

Cant see Bale going anywhere with that price tag (50m). He's Tottenhams best so I can see why they would want so much but probably worth about 35mil
