£30m is about right for a guy coming from the Brazilian league. May have loads of talent and potential but you can't bump his price up just for that.

He's 21, and given none of us have actually seen him play consistently you can't say that definitively. It's unlikely, but Pele rates him and he's not a bad judge of players.
