The war against renewable energy

No lol. At best we have 3 mines that export raw ore, exploration stopped a decade ago too

Federal/state bans, no refining/enrichment capability, no designs for plants(these could be bought), no engineering/scientific labour available, no waste sites approved(this is probably our one advantage tbf)

UK is getting China to build their latest one. So much for AUKUS

The clear way would be to get China to do it for us, eh mr Dutton?

I thought last week we needed to refer to her as Ms Gina Reinhart AO.

But that is the detail we need. Nuclear is 30 years away. Ms Rinehart is 70 and I do have concerns about her long term health. She doesn't have a good relationship with her children; so what is the succession plan? (I am assuming she isn't a witch)

No, no, no. We refer her to as Mt Gina, as in 'Mount Gina' and if that image doesn't put you off your dinner there's something wrong with you.

So they are going into the next election promising nuclear power plants in which electorates? 😂😂😂😂😂😂.

The ones with coal fired now? Except it’s a ruse to keep coal fired longer

So the LNP who just roasted the govt in wasting time on the voice wants them to waste more time removing the nuclear ban?

Game changer. These trucks will be driving around Sydney you’d think 8 plus hours a day NOT polluting residential areas with deisel nasties and CO2.

Going to do a lot more for the push than a huge fleet of commuter private electric cars

There are 500,000 registered trucks in Australia.
Only 499,940 more to be replaced :) The game is definitely changing apace.
Nothing wrong with CO2.
Australia air quality is generally among some of the cleanest in the world, although the country is vulnerable to short-term extreme pollution spikes which occur due to bushfires and dust storms.

Diesel pollution alone is a good reason to phase out these trucks in residential areas. Some of them are horriffic polluters. Employed by so called green councils
