I agree, but I don't think that they'll stay top 4 while they're doing it- players like Mitchell, Hodge, and Burgoyne don't just grow on trees. Hawthorn need to absolutely nail free agency over the next 2-3 years, good thing that they don't have to worry about competing with the Swans for players during that time due to our ban...

Maybe but Hawthorn have a history of getting very good players from other clubs very cheaply. Plus players are willing to take under's salary wise to play for them.

No. As Bedford says, we no longer get live coverage of the 2s here on BBC3.

Still it's hard to judge form in 2s against limited opposition.
