Speculation that TheMase was to sign a new contract with Darkness Eternal has ended, when he announced today that he has signed a new 3 year deal with the Dragons.
Officials from Darkness Eternal failed to make comment, citing that they were disappointed with his decision.

TheMase said this at the press conference, "I was heading towards the Darkside, but, I didn't want to see a depletion on the leagues player lists. I would have been one of the fringe players, with all the money coming out of the club. But, I get a much better deal at the Dragons."

TheMase will play a vital role at the Dragon, becoming their new star Centre Half Forward. TheMase has a big reputation for his leap, and Dragons officials were pleased to sign him.

TheMase also said "I look forward to the future with my new club, they have a great setup, and fantastic people..."

Mase, Private Messaged me asking if we could have him before him signing a deal with you. He didnt fully sign and I read his PM and offered him a much better deal. So really, you stole him from us. I'm with Top Dog all the way here, even though we are on different teams.

That would be my first failure, and I haven't given up on Mase just yet.

You can discuss all you like in PM, but he publicly stated his intentions and signed with us in public first. I have proven that, so no, we didn't really steal him, you did Arnie...although I believe we will still get him back.

Hitman - words of advice. "GIVE UP BEFORE YOU GET HURT"

Fact 1: The Mase, never made a topic saying he was going to you.
Fact 2: He likes our deal better.
Fact 3: He made the public announcement in a new topic today.
Fact 4: Doesn't matter if we stole him. Technically we didn't because he was unsure about your deal.

Ultimately The Mase has deicded to join us with those four facts in mind.

Mase, it's up to you to decide now. What are you going to do. Stay with us, or join a new team with no history?
