Ticketing help

Not sure where to ask this but I thought someone here might know.

I am trying to buy tickets for this weekends game but am not sure what I am doing. I need to buy some tickets for a group (a couple of members and a couple of non-members). I went to the ticketek website, went to the game, clicked on MCC and Members and entered our member barcodes. I then was unable to buy adult tickets. I was only able to buy upgraded adult tickets which cost money. Does this mean that you are unable to reserve tickets as a member?

Hope this makes sense and someone can help.

Strange... probably call the MCC in the morning and get them to walk you through it

When you say 'member' do you mean MCC member or MFC member? In other words, are you trying to purchase MCC visitor tickets?

I called ticketek and sorted it out. Thanks for the repies. I still don't understand how to buy them with your membership but it worked a treat over the phone - can't wait till the game!
