Did anyone else notice Tim Lane starting to pump up the whole Carlton revival theme a bit early with his pro Carlton garbage?

Half way through the second and he was dribbling the Carlton re-birth crap with Walls a lessor contributor.

Even Quartermain pulled him up at one stage.

This from a bloke that would not work with Eddie for fear of biased commentary.

They were terrible. Between Tim Lane, Andrew Maher and Robert Walls, it was like having the carlton cheer squad in the commentary box. Makes the win even sweeter. It was supposed to be all about Juddy, it was supposed to be all about the new Carlton, the new era, the awakening of the carlton giant. Instead, it was all about Richmond. Go Tiges!!!!!
