There wouldn't be a lot between him & Hird in my opinion. Hird was better overhead, Watson was better on the ground. Similar vision. Tim was a better kick.

I disagree about the kicking. Hird was a better kick than Timmy. he could kick goals from 60 metres from a standing start, his disposal was second to none. the only thing Hirdy didn't have was Timmy's pace but he didn't need it, he made time stand still.

Have to agree to disagree about the kicking. It's the only part of Hird's game that was a bit off IMO. Dropped the ball from too high & couldn't kick left foot at all.
