going on the form of some of the players who consistently disappoint when they get given a guernsey (they know who they are) = is it worth giving that 1 spot in the team which is consistently changing, to one of the kiddies who needs development (Bate or Dunn or even Nick Smith). Whilst the season isn't over yet, is it worth giving one person a taste or what to come?

remember that other teams know little about these guys, they could provide a degree of X factor...

thoughts people?

If we lose all of those three games then yes, we should play the kids. I really want to see Nick Smith get a few late games this year.

Nick Smith would be okay if he could stay fit and actually play some decent footy for Sandy.

I like the idea in theory, but finals aren't over yet. We still need experience, although when most of that experience is doing little, then why not give 'em a go? If we lose our next few, then I'm all for it.

Wouldn't mind Chris and Paul Johnson given an extensive run, as both have earned it I reckon.

I wouldn't give up hope yet, we need 3 wins from 6 remaining games. Very possible. We should play the kids if the season is over and we can't make the finals.

No, no way,
we only need to pinch one game out the 4 toughies ahead, then beat the dogs and bombers and were in the finlas. From there anything can happen, hopefully we will fly into the finals. We have to stay positive and hope that our better looking list will hit some form or the season is over. :)

i know the season is not over yet - i think that every week, there is 1 spot in the team which is really just filler (Godfrey, Williams, Carroll, Heffernan) - i think we should blood in a youngster to see how they fare.

Just an idea to shake things up..
