You would willingly take two different poisons to get rid of $kirt that is conviction.I'd be happy with beer and pretzels.
Everyone seems happy, come on Mitchell go to GWS
Wonder if Swans rate Mitchell better than Parker?
Give me a break. Sorry for answering FAITH'S question honestly.Gee do you think maybe tippets rated a bit highly?
I don't rate him so highly but then I'm not paying for his bullshit.
So this bloke that's not being fielded is great, fine he's as good as Brodie Martin then I rate Brodie I figure you might not rate tippet or live in fantasy land where value for value doesn't exist.

Yep, Swans are fine even in losing a couple of players that have question marks around them regardless of how they are rated they would still be fine.Give me a break. Sorry for answering FAITH'S question honestly.
I'm not the one doing the trade. That is the swans and the crows.
I have said before I personally hope the deal dose not go ahead. I like our list as it is. No need for Tippett
Parker & Rohan are better than Grundy . Will be twice the players of Grundy. Anyone with a football nose can see this. Grundy will not make Adelaide any better at all. Would only be a solid player. Rohan if recovered and still has speed would make us betterCatman, regarding point (1)
Consider these players
Grundy = good
Jesse White = bad
Parker = medium
Mitchell = good
Reid = good
Pyke = medium
Rohan = medium
Hannebery = good
Dennis Lane = bad
The rating is not the rating of the player, its a rating of meeting crows needs, parker is a good player but we dont need that type so badly
so the sort of things we want are
a good player above plus 6-25 draft pick
a medium player plus an early and mid first round draft pick
I must have written at least 2 lengthy posts on why he is sought after and why his development has been slower. Now obviously you don't respect me or anything i write, I couldn't care less.
It is mildly irritating to read the same, shallow observations, of this player over and over again.
I suggest you do about 20 mins research and you may see something a whole lot of others do, including our club.
Its funny how Sydney supporters come on our board and are eager and happy to trade players that played a minor or insignificant role in their season and expect us to accept it.
The supporters are hurt and upset about losing what the player (cant even bring myself to say his name now) bought to the team, ie a KPF and a 2nd ruckman and not to mention a damn good mark.
Here is a message to Sydney supporters you have to hurt losing one of your players and/or draft picks.
IMO Tippett >>>>>> Jetta and yet Sydney wont trade him or offer him up?!
Our draft list was smith then atley then guthrie then GHS, so by the time our tambling pick was available GHS was the only one there, so we would have taken him.
We are trying hard to get GHS and Howard but Howard is contracted so up to the bulldogs what happens, GHS needs to decide if he wants to stay at Geelong or come to us.
This must count more than 24 posessions in a VFL game.

^^ That's a long winded way of saying you want to be able to have your cake and eat it.
Gold, by Leroy
...but last I checked, Sydney is not in Queensland.

The $$$ being thrown at him suggests Longmire and Ireland think otherwise.No, it's a we don't really give a shit if we don't get any "Tippett" cake.
Leeerrooooyy Jenkins will become a crowd favourite - pure gold, and he knows his geography!Gold, by Leroy

I haven't seen where Noble or Beatson have come out and said what has been offered. That is pure speculation. Noble said they did not even meet today.^^ That's a long winded way of saying you want to be able to have your cake and eat it.
We're not talking about a Mark Seaby or a Tony Armstrong style player here. This is a guy who will command a salary of close to $1 million per season. Collingwood got pick 17 for Wellingham who is a middle of the road midfielder - Tippet is worth far more than the #23 + Jesse White bullshit you seem to expect us to jump at.
The sheer stupidity of Sydney posters is astounding.
Really sticks it up Tippo! I believe Jerka was good mates with Tippo as well due to their obvious basketball love, so this article was a little unexpected, but highlights how many bridges he has burnt at Adelaide. After what Noble said today, and now Jenkins, Kurt has handled this in the worst way possible.Gold, by Leroy

Noone legitimately expects Jetta involved, he is mentioned because of similar development faith.Fine i'll explain it,
Jetta is more important to our gameplan than Tippett,
Our list has just shown, literally less than 2 weeks ago that it can win a GF.
If we had lost then some of your trades may be better received (as far as Parker or Grundy goes).
Tippett is uncontracted, and wants to come to us, what his value is, is irrelevent, the majority of Swans supporters would prefer we dont get him if it involves trading away too much quality. Swans recruitment staff are fairly confident they wont need to get rid of any premiership players.
If we can get him cheap then great, welcome addition, should improve our forward line, if not then also great, we look forwards to the improvement of Sam Reid and Tommy Walsh to improve our forward line.
In addition to the recent premiership you have problems based on the fact that, of the 22 that played 7 are 29 or older, which gives them limited trade value, but also increases the value of our fringe players (at least the first 7) TO US as they will be needed to fill these positions in the immediate future.
Tippett is no doubt being chased, but the harm of breaking up a premiership team, especially if noone wants to go, may be a price too high in most Swans supporters eyes.
Whatever our recruitment personnel do, Im sure they will try their best to accommodate a deal without paying overs.
No, it's a we don't really give a shit if we don't get any "Tippett" cake.
