They're good on a psychological level for me. When i'm stressing about all the work i need to do for uni i just write down what i have to do and when i can fit in time to do it. Seems to relax me even if i know i don't keep to it 100%.
Mine's my phone.

Not that the other half would be happy with either option I don't think..........he's a brunette lover himself............brown haired big boobed I think is the best way to describe his preferences.......amazingly enough in that order too. For uni and school I do them all the time but strangely I'd never really stick to them - I'd just focus on the next immediately due task and leave things til the last minute
