Cook out, Campbell in. Surely it was due to injury considering the weather forecast?

Johnstone and Moloney out. :thumbsu:

Poor handballing from Crowley has given them two shots for goal.

Hate to see someone get a head injury, but they look short down back now. Pav and Tarrant could combine for 10.

Walker has sealed his fate, if you aren't confident shooting for goal from 35 you aren't up to afl standard.

Hopefully Headland is still focused on the game after that scuffle, has been good in the first quarter.

Centre clearances have been excellent.

Why don't footy players have flu vaxs at the start of the season??

Essendon used to say someone had the flu when they were injured, Shaw said that Cook "had the essendon flu" so it might be an injury????

Gilmore playing well.

And this is why Webster should be in the team...

Dessie playing a blinder, hope he can keep it up...

Gotta say though, the Dees are well unlucky with injuries.

Headlands best half for the club, must have 18 possessions??? Is he eligible for the brownlow after what happened last week? ;)

Macca has shown why he is in the side, would have 5-6 contested possessions. The Melbourne player heard footsteps and pulled out, Macca streamed through and kicked the goal. :thumbsu:

Selecting three tall forwards was a risk but Campbell has been good. Johnson might have to play for Perth next week. ;)

Superb goal from Yze but surely Parker was being held on the goal line. Parks has been good.

nah he isn't eligible, but he is playing very well.

Someone please explain how Blackie got gang-tackled and ridden into the ground and it's HOTB - goal to Melbourne, but Dunn - who was clearly, 100%, no doubt HOTB doesn't - goal to Melbourne. I don't flipping get it.

Des on fire! :thumbsu:

Absolutely rediculous, the umpire saw it clearly too.

Webster playing well as is Dessy, Shauny playing pretty wel to!

Grover has shown today that he is much more suited to playing on big fellas. Was great against Lloyd and Hansen but is struggling a bit on the quicker Dunn.

A ten goal win will take our percentage above 100, it should happen from 45 points up against 19 men.

Bloody rubbish with the runner there, typical umps turned a blind eye to it. Awesome stuff Dessie, easily his best game for the club, Pavlich what a star could he get 10?!

I reckon I was early on my call on Walker. His 2nd half has been ok.

FWIW, I reckon The Genius That Is Rodger Hayden has been sensational.
