Bellchambers is currently playing better football. Been one of the main reasons for our "better" form the past few months. Been huge in many games, if he were playing all year he'd be recognized better.

I wouldn't have him ahead of any of them. Goldy is playing poor football and is nowhere near the top 10 rucks in the league

No, he isn't. Goldstein was putrid against Port but before that was still playing better than Bellchambers

North want to rid themselves of Goldsteins contract
I dont reckon anyone will do them any favours on this one especially when they are throwing money at other clubs free agents
2nd round draft pick and North paying some of the wage is the best they could hope for but my guess is no one will bite

Bellchambers was excellent yesterday. Goldstein played VFL today.

Why do hypotheticals that didn't happen matter? He got dropped. That's what matters.

The problem for Carlton is that they don't have the necessary trade currency for Preuss.

Pick 36-37-38 in this years draft is not going to get it done.

I think you guys will be rummaging through the discount bin again this year, and taking your 1-2-3 pick to the draft.

Fair enough, have heard Preuss wants senior action, I think Goldy is still of immense value and would command a decent trade- my opinion. Preuss needs to improve his fitness but from what we have all seen he's the type that will make the others walk taller. Luckily for us he's still contracted. I understand your interest. What's Preuss worth? Out of curiosity.

Yes he's signed for next year but that won't stop clubs getting into his managers ear this far out .
Adelaide tried to land Gibbs with 3 years still to run on his contract and I'm pretty sure North would be happy to unload Goldy with 2018 and 2019 on big coin still to go ...

Well it's all just hypothetical at this stage of course but how about if :
Charlie Cameron goes to Brisbane for pick 18
Adelaide make the grand final and earn pick 16/17
(GWS have been penalized their 1st rounder for the Whitfield affair)
Gibbs to Adelaide for those 2 late 1st rounders with a shuffle of late picks if required .
CFC send one of those picks to GWS for Hopper and the other one to North for Pruess .
 
I'd take him to help the development of Tim English. Can't keep cringing at watching Bont be the second ruck.

How much of us have you watched this year? Our clearance differential from when he was out of the side to since he's returned has gone from last with a significant gap to second last up to 13th and closing in on the next closest. He was poor in 2014/15 when every game he played he was hampered by either a knee, ankle or foot injury to his right (jumping) leg. Weakest link of our regular side right now is probably Travis Colyer, and Bellchambers is far from that

Pick 8 & 25 --> North
Goldstein & pick 18 --> Dogs
 
Dogs makes a lot of sense, maybe they trade out Campbell to make it happen. Lets them keep Boyd fwd and Roughead back and really fixes up their structure. If they get North to pay $2-300k of his contract they should be going pretty hard to get it done.
